Colissimo and Mondial Relay
To track shipments, check the email you receive confirming the shipment of your order. It will include the package number and the name of the shipping company.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 48 hours to request a return.

You will then have 14 days to post your package, making sure to return the product as you received it (pouch/label + invoice)
Return costs are your responsibility.
Any item purchased online from the site can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
To avoid unnecessary returns, choose your products and sizes carefully, this will improve product availability and reduce our environmental footprint.

Drop off your package at a post office.
You will receive a confirmation email when the returned package has been received by our team.
We will then send you the refund within 48 hours of receiving your package.
